Town of Dekalb- The New York State Police arrested a Lowville man on Friday, December 18, on the Old Northern Road in the Town of Dekalb, troopers reported today. Benjamin S. Sterling, 28, was charged with one count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation under NYS PL section 221.05. He was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Dekalb court at a later date. |
