Town of Harrisburg- A Copenhagen man was arrested by state police on
    Monday morning after an alleged domestic dispute in the Town of Harrisburg.

    Adam J. Bauer, 41, was charged with fourth-degree Criminal Mischief with the
    Intent to Damage Property, a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL section
    145.00, and second-degree Harassment with Physical Contact, a violation of
    NYS PL section 240.26.

    The incident is still pending investigation. The charges will be answered in the
    Town of Harrisburg court at a later date.
