Town of Croghan- The New York State Police arrested a Theresa woman last
    evening after she was accused of issuing a bad check in the town of Croghan.

    Heather N. Stewart, 40, was charged with one count of Issuing a Bad Check, a
    class "B" misdemeanor under New York Penal Law 190.05. She was released on
    her own recognizance to appear in the Town of Croghan court at a later date.
    Troopers did not provide details on the amount of the check or the location to
    which the check was issued.
