Utica- A decision could be made later this afternoon in the ongoing bankruptcy
    case for Nirvana, Inc. in U.S. Bankruptcy Court here. An auction was scheduled
    for 9 AM this morning with a sales hearing to follow at 3 PM, after Judge Diane
    Davis ruled the previous auction and bids unacceptable on Tuesday. See the full
    court order concerning Tuesday's proceedings, which was filed last evening,
    below. We'll have an update as soon as we receive an outcome.
