Gouverneur-  The New York State Police arrested a Harrisville man on Monday
    evening on US Route 11 in the Town of Gouverneur.

    Dylan W. Parow, 24, was charged with one count of seventh-degree Criminal
    Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL
    220.03, and one count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation. He was
    issued tickets to appear in Town of Gouverneur court at a later date. No
    additional details were provided.
