Boonville- The New York State Police arrested a Boonville man on Wednesday
    evening in connection to an alleged theft form a vehicle in the Village of Boonville
    reported on August 6th of this year.

    Paul W. King, 27, was being held in Onedia County Jail on charges of Petit
    Larceny,a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL 155.25; fourth degree Criminal
    Possession of Stolen Property- Credit Card, a class "E" felony under NYS PL
    165.45 subsection 02; and third degree Identity Theft- Obtain Goods, a class "A"
    misdemeanor under NYSPL 190.78 subsection 01.

    State Police report that the incident is pending further investigation and no
    additional details were available at this time.
