Chittenango- The Copenhagen Lady Knights Soccer program captured a
    sectional title this afternoon in a finals match up at Chittenango High School
    against Cincinnatus.

    The Lady Knights rolled to a 5-0 victory, with Claire Stackel providing a 3 goal
    hat trick for the second game in a row. Maci Spaulding and Alexandra Greene
    each added a goal for Copenhagen.

    After participating in the higher "B" Division in Frontier League play this season,
    Copenhagen hoped the tougher competition would better prepare them for a
    playoff run. This seems to be the case with the sectional title now secured and
    the Lady Knights moving on to the state playoffs!

    Their State Quarter Final Game will be against Section IV Champion Milford, on
    Saturday, November 7th, at Vestal Central School at 2:00 PM.

    Great job ladies, congratulations! Best of luck in the States!
