    Lowville- Some fairly widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected
    across the area for Tuesday, with the National Weather Service (NWS) in
    Buffalo currently predicting a 90% chance of rain. A Hazardous Weather
    Outlook has been posted by the NWS, cautioning the possibility of strong to
    severe thunderstorms and periods of localized heavy rainfall for some areas.
    We will update any watches or warnings as necessary throughout the day and
    evening Tuesday.

    Hazardous Weather Outlook From NWS Buffalo:

    LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK ACROSS THE LOWER LAKES REGION
    TUESDAY AND TUESDAY NIGHT ALONG WITH ANOTHER SURGE OF
    DEEP GULF MOISTURE...BRINGING A RETURN OF FAIRLY WIDESPREAD
    SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO OUR REGION. SOME OF THESE
    STORMS COULD POSSIBLY BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE WITH
    STRONG DAMAGING WINDS THE PRIMARY SEVERE WEATHER THREAT...
    WITH LOCALIZED HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLOODING ALSO POSSIBLE
    WERE THESE TO REPEATEDLY TRAIN OVER THE SAME AREAS.
