Beaver Falls- The 6th annual National Police Week event was held Friday,
    May 20, bringing together law enforcement personnel and community. The
    event, held at Beaver River Central School, hosted families of local fallen
    officers, and named the winners of a county-wide essay contest, as well as
    displaying several pictures and memorabilia. Featured dynamic speaker Matt
    Episcopo fueled the energy among audience members as he showed ways to
    make a good first impression and ways to communicate more effectively to
    show your appreciation. Nearly every law enforcement agency was
    represented, with officers coming from Jefferson and Oneida Counties to join in
    the celebration.
