Town of Pamelia- The New York State Police arrested a Lowville woman last
    evening after a traffic stop near the US Route 11 and State Route 37
    intersection in the Town of Pamelia, in Jefferson County.

    Tina M. Morrison, 39, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated- Previous
    Conviction Within 10 Years, a class "E" felony under NYS VTL section 1192.03.

    Updated Information from State Police: State Police stopped a car leaving
    the location of a domestic incident (US Rte. 11, T/Pamelia).  The driver was
    identified as Tina M. Morrison.  Ms. Morrison was one of the two individuals
    involved in the domestic dispute.

    Ms. Morrison was subsequently arrested and transported to SP Watertown for
    processing.  She provided a breath sample which yielded a .16% BAC.
    Morrison was arraigned in the Town of Hounsfield Court on the Felony 1192
    (3), and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building on
    $1000cash/$2000bond.  She is scheduled to be back in the Town of
    Hounsfield Court on May 17, 2016 at 3:00 pm.
