Town of Watson- The New York State Police arrested a Lowville man last
    evening after investigation into an incident reported on April 21st in the Town of
    Watson.

    David M. Barbarito, 27, was charged with one count of second-degree
    Harassment- With Physical Contact, a violation under NYS PL section 240.26-
    01. He was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Watson court at a later
    date. No further details were provided by State Police.
