Town of Lowville- The New York State Police arrested a Glenfield woman
    late Thursday afternoon in the Town of Lowville.

    Sasha E. Eckelman, 27, was charged with one count of Operating a Motor
    Vehicle Impaired by Drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor under NYS VTL
    section 1192.04; one count of third-degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation
    of a Motor Vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; one count of Unsafe
    Turn/Fail to Signal, a traffic infraction and one count of Unsafe Backing of
    Vehicle, a traffic infraction.

    Ms. Eckelman was processed on an unspecified bail amount and will answer
    the charges in the Town of Lowville court at a later date. No further details
    were immediately available from State Police.
