following an ATV stop in the Town of Montague on Saturday evening. Bradley J. Greene, 33, was charged with one count of Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor under NYS VTL section 1192.03, one count of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated,an unclassified misdemeanor under NYS VTL section 1192.2-AA and one count of ATV Violation: Speeding, an infraction under NYS VTL section 2404.1A. Mr. Greene was issued tickets to appear in the Town of Montague court at a later date. Investigation into the matter is still pending and State Police did not provide any additional details. Aggravated DWI is charged when a person's Blood Alcohol Content is .18% or greater and carries a harsher penalty upon conviction. |
