late Saturday night on Convent Street in the Village of Croghan. Elizabeth S. Fairbanks, 20, was charged with one count of seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL section 220.03 and one count of first-degree Operating a Motor Vehicl While Impaired by Drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor under NYS VTL section 1192-04. Ms. Fairbanks was issued tickets to appear in the Town of Croghan court at a later date. State Police did not release any other information at this time. |
