Town of West Turin- The New York State Police arrested a Lyons Falls man
    on Monday afternoon after investigating an incident reported on April 17th in
    the Town of West Turin.

    Ronald D. Munoz, 50, was charged with one count of second-degree
    Harassment- With Physical Contact, violation under NYS PL section 240.26-
    01. According to State Police the arrest stems from an incident on April 17th, in
    which Mr. Munoz was assisting his daughter move out of her residence when
    he became involved in a physical altercation with another individual residing in
    the home. He was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of West Turin court at
    a later date.
