Monday morning after she allegedly wrote a check with insufficient funds. Heidi L. Hirsch, 42, was charged with one count of Issuing a Bad Check, a class "B" misdemeanor under NYS PL section 190.05. She was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Croghan court at a later date. According to State Police, on March 02, 2016, Ms. Hirsch bought beer and cigarettes at the Indian River General Store in the Town of Croghan with a check for $79.84. The check was refused for insufficient funds. Ms. Hirsch has not been in to pay for the check and the owner of the store completed all necessary paper work to initiate payment on the bad check. |
