Town of New Bremen- The New York State Police arrested a Croghan man
    after a traffic stop on the Erie Canal Road in the Town of New Bremen last
    night.

    Timothy J. Bruce, 55, was charged with one count of Moving From a Lane
    Unsafely, an infraction under NYS VTL section 1128.0A and one count of
    Driving While Intoxicated- 1st Offense, an unclassified misdemeanor under
    NYS VTL section 1192-03.

    Mr. Bruce was issued tickets to appear in the Town of New Bremen court at a
    later date. No further details were immediately available from State Police.
