Town of West Turin- A Croghan man was arrested by the New York State
    Police late Monday afternoon in the Town of West Turin, after allegedly
    violating a court order of protection.

    Nicholas R. Russell, 19, was charged with one count of second-degree
    Criminal Contempt, a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL section 215.50.

    An arrest status was not immediately available and State Police did not release
    any additional details.
