Town of Champion- The New York State Police arrested a Copenhagen man
    after a traffic stop on the Plank Road in the Town of Champion last night.

    William J. Eisel, 54, was charged with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-
    1st Offense, an unclassified misdemeanor under NYS VTL section 1192.03. He
    was issued an appearance ticket to the Town of Champion court for a later
    date.

    State Police did not provide any additional details.
