Town of Leyden- The New York State Police arrested a Watertown man
    Saturday morning on a criminal warrant.

    Ronald A. Mackey, 48, was charged with one count of Issuing a Bad Check
    With Known Insufficient Funds, a class "B" misdemeanor under NYS PL section
    190.05-01.

    Investigation in the matter, which took place in the Town of Leyden, is still
    pending, with no additional details currently available.
