Turck, 38, was charged with one count of fifth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance- Cocaine, a class "D" felony under NYS PL section 220.06-05. He was being held at the Lewis County Jail without bail. Lowville Police filed charges earlier in the week against Mr. Turck, stemming from the same incident. |
