Town of Martinsburg- The New York State Police arrested a LaFargeville
    man after a traffic stop late Tuesday night on the Swernicki Road in the Town
    of Martinsburg.

    Aaron J. Steele, 21, was charged with one count of Driving While Intoxicated,
    an unclassified misdemeanor under NYS VTL section 1192-02 and one count
    of Failure to Use Designated Lane, an infraction under NYS VTL section 1128-
    0C.

    Mr. Steele was issued tickets to appear in the Town of Martinsburg court at a
    later date. No further details were provided by the State Police.
