Town of Edwards- The New York State Police arrested a Harrisville man after
    a traffic stop on River Road in the Town of Edwards on Monday morning.

    Justin L. Hartle, 19, was charged with one count of Unlawful Possession of
    Marijuana, a violation under NYS PL section 221.05 and a Speed Violation. He
    was issued tickets to answer the charges at a later date in the Town of
    Edwards court.
