Gouverneur- The New York State Police arrested a Castorland women
    yesterday afternoon on County Route 12 in the Town of Gouverneur.

    Shannon E. Sweeney, 22, was charged with one count of seventh-degree
    Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class "A" misdemeanor
    under NYS PL section 220.03.

    Ms. Sweeney was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Gouverneur court at
    a later date. No additional details were available.
