Town of Champion- The New York State Police arrested a Lowville man late
    yesterday morning on State Route 12 in the Town of Champion.

    Ben C. Hitchcock, 29, was charged with one count of Unlawful Possession of
    Marijuana, a violation under NYS PL section 221.05. He was issued a ticket to
    appear in the Town of Champion court at a later date. No further details were
    available
