Village of Boonville- A Boonville woman was arrested by the New York State
    Police on Saturday afternoon, stemming from an alleged domestic incident taking
    place January 17th in the village.

    Cheryl L. Shusdock, 57, was charged with one count of second-degree
    Harassment- With Physical Contact, a violation under NYS PL Section 240.26-01,
    She was released on her own recognizance and will reappear to answer the
    charges in Boonville court at a later date.

    ****A person is charged with S 240.26-01- harassment in the second-degree
    when, with intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person:
      1. He or she strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects such other
    person to physical contact, or attempts or threatens to do the same****
