before ten o'clock last evening, following a traffic stop on State Route 3. Kodjo L Edoh, 51, was charged with one count of Driving While Intoxicated- 1st Offense, an unclassified misdemeanor under NYS VTL Section 1192-03. He was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Wilna court at a later date. The matter is pending further investigation. State Police did not release a blood alcohol content or any additional details. |
