Dispatcher who was terminated in November, has filed a lawsuit in state Supreme Court seeking a court order requiring the county to hold a grievance hearing in regards to her termination. The lawsuit, filed with the Lewis County Clerk's office on Monday, names Sheriff Michael Carpinelli, the Lewis County Sheriff's Department, and the Lewis County Attorney's office as respondents.
