Massena- A Copenhagen man was arrested by the New York State Police late
    Friday evening after allegedly violating a court order of protection in the Village of
    Massena, which was reported earlier in the evening.

    John M. Swinyer, 33, was charged with one count of second-degree Criminal
    Contempt- Disobeying a Court Order, a class "A" misdemeanor under NYS PL
    section 215.50-03. He was released on his own recognizance to reappear in the
    Massena Village Court at a later date. No additional details were available.
