No. 4 seed Copenhagen was up 32 - 14 at halftime on their way to a 66 - 34 victory over No. 1 Madison. In a balanced scoring effort Katie Best led the way with 13 points, while Maci Spaulding and Kylie Guyette each added 12. Laura Graves added 11 points, hitting three 3-point shots. The Lady Knights will next face No. 7 New York Mills on Sunday, February 28th for the Section III "D" Division championship. The winner of that game, scheduled for 11 AM at the SRC Arena at Onondaga Community College, will earn a berth into the State Tournament. |
