PRESS RELEASE

Out of an
abundance of caution, the Lewis County Office for the Aging will close all
community dining sites for the month of January 2022. OFA has noticed
declining attendance throughout December 2021 at the meal sites. The
community dining sites are being paused given the COVID positivity rate in
the state and county, concerns for the capacity of our local hospital, and
the general safety of aging community members.
