Preliminary
Budget for 2022
TAKE NOTICE that
the preliminary budget for the Town of Greig, Lewis County for the Fiscal
Year beginning January 1, 2022, has been completed and filed in the
municipal office of the Town Clerk at 5186 Greig Road, Greig NY where it is
available for inspection by interested parties during normal business
hours.
PLEASE TAKE
FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Greig shall conduct a
public hearing commencing at approximately 5:30PM on November 3, 2021 at the Town of Greig municipal offices, 5186 Greig
Rd, Greig NY. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against
the Preliminary Budget as compiled, or any items therein contained.
Pursuant to
Section 113 of the Town Law, following are the proposed salaries of elected
officers as hereby specified below:
Supervisor $18,000
Clerk/Collector $19,506
Council (4) $13,580 or $3,395 each
Justice $15,000
Highway Supt. $45,320
