a three-county pursuit that covered 120 miles.
On November 4, 2021, at approximately 4:52 p.m., a
trooper conducted a vehicle and traffic stop on Tucker along State Route 37
in the town of Alexandria, Jefferson County, after observing Tucker
speeding and driving recklessly, including crossing over the center line of
the roadway and putting other motorists in danger.
As the trooper was questioning Tucker, he suddenly drove off from the
traffic stop, continuing at a high rate of speed, crossing over the center line and passing uninvolved vehicles. The pursuit was
terminated as Tucker entered St. Lawrence County.
Troopers spotted Tucker on SR-37 in the town of Hammond,

where Ogdensburg Police attempted a traffic stop. Tucker failed to comply
and continued along SR-37 into Franklin County and the city of Malone,
where he ended up westbound on State Route 11 and eventually northbound on
State Route 95.
Troopers successfully deployed a tire-deflation device
on SR-95 in the town of Bombay. Tucker’s vehicle then intentionally struck
a St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police vehicle, and
drove off the roadway. As troopers approached Tucker, he intentionally
rammed two State Police patrol vehicles before his vehicle became disabled.
Tucker was taken into custody with the assistance of a Division
canine after struggling with troopers. Tucker was taken to Alice Hyde
