PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Pursuant to the
provisions of the General Municipal Law, Thomas Widrick,
Superintendent of Highways for the Town of Lowville, Lewis County, NY
hereby invites sealed bids to purchase 1 - used Gradall. Specifics available at the office of the
Town Clerk, 5533 Bostwick St., Lowville, NY.
Bids will be
received at the Town Clerk's Office until 4:00 pm on November 16, 2021.
Bids will be opened at 10:00 am on November 18, 2021
at the Town Municipal Office Building. Please write “sealed bid” on
outside of envelope. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any
or all bids.
