Lewis County, NY COVID-19 Testing/Cases Updates

 

Lewis County Public Health confirms 39 new cases of COVID-19 since the last update on Friday, from 397 new test results. There are 41 additional recoveries reported, bringing the total active case count down to 118. There are currently 5 Lewis County residents now hospitalized due to the virus and there are 168 residents currently under quarantine restrictions.

COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Update:

With an increasing plentiful supply of vaccine, Lewis County is changing the process to sign up to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Rather than signing up for the wait list on the county website, residents will now be able to look ahead to upcoming clinics and register themselves for an appointment.

Upcoming Vaccination Clinics:

 

PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT THE CLINIC, PLEASE NOTE:

  • PHOTO ID is required for all registrants.
  • Arrive at the vaccination site at the time of your appointment so that proper social distancing guidelines can be followed.  
  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED.  
  • Please wear a short sleeve shirt.  
  • If you have tested positive for COVID in the past 10 days, are currently in quarantine or isolation, or are awaiting the results of a COVID test, you are not eligible to get the vaccine at this time, please register at a later time.
