Lowville Youth Lacrosse First Annual Meeting
August 17, 2021 at 6 p.m.
Lewis County Fairgrounds in the LeRoy Nichols

Lowville Youth
Lacrosse is excited to announce that we are in the process of creating a
non-profit corporation for Youth Lacrosse in Lewis County, NY. All kids K-
8th grade throughout the community are allowed to
play. We are currently in the process of creating Directors, Associates and
Committees. These volunteer roles will be the driving force behind the
success of this charitable organization.
Our first meeting
will be held on August 17, 2021 at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held at the
Lewis County Fairgrounds in the LeRoy Nichols Building. If you prefer to
meet virtually, please contact us. Masks will be required whether
vaccinated or not while inside the building. We will be going over the
following information:
1. Purpose with Mission, Vision, Core Values and the Keys to Success.
2. Roles of the Executive Directors,
Committee Directors and Associates.
3. Committees for the program
4. Review Bylaws
5. We will be voting in new Directors and
Associates
6. Next Steps and Fundraising Ideas.
The Board of
Directors and Associates
There are
currently many seats to fill. If you are interested in volunteering and
becoming part of a wonderful new organization led by experienced leaders in
your community, please ensure that you meet the minimum requirements below.

Deadline for
letter of interest to be voted in during this meeting is Friday, August 13,
2021.
