Board Directors Wanted!
The Lewis County Chamber is seeking individuals to
serve on the Board of Directors
Lewis County, NY
– The Lewis County Chamber of Commerce is seeking individuals to serve on
the Board
of Directors. The
intention of the Board is to create a well-rounded group of dedicated
professionals
that represent
Lewis County to assist in the Lewis County Chamber’s mission.
The mission of
the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce, Inc. is to nurture and promote
commercial,
recreational and
community activities, which enhance the quality of life and general
prosperity of the
people of Lewis
County.
Board members
must possess the time commitment to guide and grow the Chamber through Board
support,
long-range planning (5+ years), community relations and fundraising.
Directors serve in 3-year
terms. Director
candidates must be active Chamber Members.
Board Member
Responsibilities:
1. Attend Monthly
Board Meetings
2. Participate in
committees to support the mission of the Chamber of Commerce.
3. To advocate
and promote the Chamber’s Mission.
4. Support and
participate at Chamber events.
All Members are
welcome to apply! Whether you work in legal, finance, retail, restaurant,
or any other
specialized
service. The Lewis County Chamber of Commerce asks that you bring to the
table some skills
to assist us in
their Mission as stated above.
