Lewis County, NY COVID-19 Testing/Cases Updates

 

Lewis County Public Health confirms 25 new cases of COVID-19 since the last update on Monday, from 501 new test results. There are 17 additional recoveries reported, bringing the total active case count up to 43. There are currently 2 Lewis County residents hospitalized due to the virus and there are 76 residents currently under quarantine restrictions.

Lewis County, NY Vaccination Updates

 

COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Update:

With an increasing plentiful supply of vaccine, Lewis County is changing the process to sign up to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Rather than signing up for the wait list on the county website, residents will now be able to look ahead to upcoming clinics and register themselves for an appointment.

  • PHOTO ID is required for all registrants.
  • Arrive at the vaccination site at the time of your appointment so that proper social distancing guidelines can be followed.  
  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED.  
  • Please wear a short sleeve shirt.  
  • If you have tested positive for COVID in the past 10 days, are currently in quarantine or isolation, or are awaiting the results of a COVID test, you are not eligible to get the vaccine at this time, please register at a later time.
