Village of Lowville Adopts Local Law Opting Out of
Retail Cannabis Sales and On-Site Consumption

NOTICE
Please take notice that on July 14th, 2021, the Board of
Trustees of the Village of Lowville adopted a local law to opt-out of
licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site
cannabis consumption establishments within the Village of Lowville. Such law is subject to permissive
referendum. Anyone wishing to file a
petition must do so within thirty days upon the adoption of such law with the Village Clerk.
