Notice that a Local Law has been introduced before the town board of the
town of Pinckney to address Retail Sales and On-Site Consumption of
Cannabis within the town.
Be advised that a
public hearing on the proposed Local Law will be held on July 19, 2021 at 6:30 pm at the Town of Pinckney Town Hall, 307
US 177, Copenhagen, NY.
Proposed Local
Law is available to be viewed by the public at Town of Pinckney Town Hall,
307 US 177, Copenhagen, NY, by appointment.
A special meeting
of the town board will immediately follow the hearing.
