Notice of Meeting and Public Hearing
Notice is hereby
given that a public hearing will be held by the Cooperative Tug Hill Zoning
Board of Appeals on Tuesday August 3, 2021 at the
Pinckney Town Hall located at 307 State Route 177, Pinckney. The
public hearing will start at 7:00 p.m. and the purpose of the hearing is to
consider an area variance application by William and Kathleen Hanchek. The applicant is requesting a variance
for a subdivision with inadequate road frontage in violation of Article 4,
Section 420 of the Town of Pinckney’s Zoning Law. The property is
located at 9339 River Rd., Turin and is identified by tax map #
139.00-01-14.210. The public hearing will be followed by a meeting
starting immediately after the hearing, to discuss the application and any
other business that comes before the Board. Persons wishing to appear
at such hearing may do so in person, or by attorney, or by other
representative. Written comments will also be entertained.
