Upcoming Career Fair Hosted by Carthage Area Hospital

CARTHAGE,
NY — Carthage Area Hospital (CAH) is hosting an upcoming career fair on
Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 at their Professional
Building located at 3 Bridge St., Carthage from 8am-11am and 2pm-5pm.
Appointments are encouraged, but not required. Walk-Ins will be accepted.
“The goal of the
career fair is to speed up the hiring process for both CAH and the
applicants. Applicants will arrive, complete a form with basic information,
and be linked up with a manager for a position they are interested in. The
hope is that the interview at the career fair can be utilized as their official
interview for the position. We will also have representatives on-site to
talk about our available benefits,” said Eliza Dusharm,
Assistant Director, Human Resources at Carthage Area Hospital.

Carthage Area
Hospital was established as a not-for-profit rural community hospital in
1965. It operates today as a fully accredited 25-bed Critical Access
Hospital, serving approximately 83,000 residents in Jefferson, northern Lewis and southern St. Lawrence counties. The hospital
formed a clinical affiliation with Crouse Health, Syracuse, in 2017.
The hospital also
operates a network of community-based clinics, including its Philadelphia
Medical Center, Family Health Center, Pediatric Clinic and Women’s Way to
