COVID-19 Vaccinations will be Available at the
Emergency Management Trailer Each Weekday Afternoon of Lewis County Fair

Lowville, NY- Anyone
interested in receiving a COVID-19 vaccine that hasn’t
yet made it to a vaccination clinic will have the opportunity to receive a
shot of the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine during the upcoming
Lewis County Fair.
Lewis County
Public Health will be administering the vaccinations at the Emergency
Management Trailer, just inside the Bostwick Street entrance, from 12 PM to
7 PM on Tuesday, July 20, Wednesday, July 21, Thursday, July 22, and
Friday, July 23.
The Johnson &
Johnson vaccine is currently licensed for individuals ages 18 and older.
A valid photo ID
will be needed to receive the vaccine. No prior appointment or registration
is needed.
If you have
tested positive for COVID in the past 10 days, are currently in quarantine
or isolation, or are awaiting the results of a COVID test, you are not
eligible to get the vaccine at this time.
