Village of Lowville to Hold Public Hearing July 14 on
Proposed Local Law Opting Out of Allowing Cannabis Sales

PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE
VILLAGE OF
LOWVILLE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board
of Trustees of the Village of Lowville shall conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 14,
2021 at 4:00 p.m. at the Village offices at 5535 Bostwick Street, Lowville,
New York, to consider a local law pursuant to Cannabis Law § 131, opting
out of licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and/or
on-site cannabis consumption establishments within the Village of Lowville.
A full copy of
the text of the local law is available for inspection at the Village Office
during normal business hours. All
persons wishing to be heard on this matter should be present at the place,
time and date afore stated or have submitted written comments in
advance. Any persons requiring
special accommodations to attend or participate in such hearings should
notify the Village Clerk three (3) business days prior to the meeting.
