Town of Croghan to Hold Public Hearings July 19th on
Cannabis Legislation and Zoning Law Amendment

PUBLIC NOTICE:
The Town Board of
the Town of Croghan will hold a public hearing on July 19, 2021 at 6PM,
9882 State Route 126, Castorland, to consider the
adoption of Local Law No. 2 of 2021 – Amendment of Local Law #01 of 1996,
Town of Croghan Zoning Law (Renewable Energy). Space may be
limited due to COVID guidelines.
The Town Board of
the Town of Croghan will hold a public hearing on July 19, 2021 at 6PM, 9882 State Route 126, Castorland,
to discuss Cannabis Legislation. The
Town Board is holding this public hearing to receive feedback from
residents on the option of allowing retail dispensaries and on-site
consumption of Cannabis in the Town of Croghan. Space may be limited due to COVID
guidelines.
