Lewis County, NY COVID-19 Testing/Cases Updates

 

Lewis County Public Health confirms NO new cases of COVID-19 in today’s update, from 217 new test results. Additionally, no recoveries were reported, keeping the total number of known active case at 19. There is 1 Lewis County resident currently hospitalized due to the virus and 28 residents are under quarantine restrictions.

Lewis County, NY Vaccination Updates

 

COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Update:

With an increasing plentiful supply of vaccine, Lewis County is changing the process to sign up to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Rather than signing up for the wait list on the county website, residents will now be able to look ahead to upcoming clinics and register themselves for an appointment.

Upcoming Vaccination Clinics:

 

PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT THE CLINIC, PLEASE NOTE:

  • PHOTO ID is required for all registrants.
  • Arrive at the vaccination site at the time of your appointment so that proper social distancing guidelines can be followed.  
  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED.  
  • Please wear a short sleeve shirt.  
  • If you have tested positive for COVID in the past 10 days, are currently in quarantine or isolation, or are awaiting the results of a COVID test, you are not eligible to get the vaccine at this time, please register at a later time.
  • You must pre-register for this event.

  • Your second dose will be scheduled for the same time as your first dose on Friday, July 2, 2021 at the Lowville Fire Hall. Please make sure you can attend your second dose appointment before registering.
