NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town Board of
the Town of Lowville will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th
of May, 2021 at the Town Hall located at 5533
Bostwick Street, Lowville, New York with regard to a proposed Local Law
entitled “A Local Law to Opt Out of
Allowing Cannabis Retail Dispensaries and On-Site Consumption Sites as
Authorized Under Cannabis Law Article 4”.
