reports that the phone line issue has been resolved.

CARTHAGE, NY —
The phone lines at Carthage Area Hospital & its outlying clinics are
currently not working at this time. The hospital
is working with its phone system vendor and is working towards a
resolution. There is no estimated time of repair. There is staff onsite
working to resolve the issue. For any healthcare emergencies, please call
911.
