afternoon, as the process to separate the ambulance operations from the fire protection district comes closer to completion. In the Fall of 2019, the members of Constableville Vol. Fire Co. Inc. voted unanimously to form a new 501-C3 non-profit organization called Constableville Ambulance Inc. The vote agreed to separate the ambulance from the fire protection district, and transfer the New York State Department of Health Certificate of Need (CON) held by Constableville Vol. Fire Co, Inc. to the newly formed Constableville Ambulance Inc. Although the CON transfer process will still take a few more months to achieve, the membership & chain of command of the new service has been established and all business essential paperwork has been filed by the lawyer & accountants representing Constableville Ambulance Inc., according to a release from the agency. Constable Ambulance Inc. currently includes the following members and officers:
