morning in Lewis County Court, with the Honorable Daniel R. King presiding: Gregory D. Greene, 45, was sentenced as a second-felony offender to serve 3 years in State prison, followed by 2 years of post-release parole, on a charge of third-degree Unlawful Manufacturing of Methamphetamine, a class D felony, to which he pleaded guilty to on January 29. Mr. Greene was additionally ordered to pay $375 in court fees and $440 in restitution and will have his license to drive suspended for six months. He was previously convicted of a felony Reckless Endangerment charge in Jefferson County in 2008. Mr. Greene admitted to possessing materials used in the manufacturing of the methamphetamine on July 26, 2018 in the town of Lowville. |
